– Full refunds are only applicable within 72 hours of course payment.
– Refunds are NOT eligible if more than one live session or video has been accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@digigurupathshala.com with:
– Full name
– Course name
– Reason for refund
We will respond within 3 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed in 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel enrollment before attending any live session or accessing pre-recorded videos.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

– Registration fees (if applicable)
– Payment gateway charges
– Taxes (GST, etc.)

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit card, etc.).
